Your One Task Today: Be Kind to Yourself



As you start a new year, I invite you to do one important thing.

Show yourself kindness.

The new habits and work toward goals will come, I promise.

The new habits and works toward goals will come because of the thoughts that you have, the feelings they produce and the actions you take because of those feelings.

So let those thoughts you have that fuel all the work be kind thoughts. Let them be positive thoughts.

Your task today, my task today is to be kind.

Practice kind thoughts today. And tomorrow. And the next day.

And then we will rock our new habits and goals.
