The Story

It all started with a 5k and not wanting to run.

And turning 40 and having my third child (with a 9 year gap between the one on the way and the now middle child) and  having one of my best friends move across the country.

Back to the 5k. The aforementioned best friend who at that point had completed a triathlon asked me, no told me, that I was going to do a 5k with her before she moved. I immediately fought back but she persisted and sentimentality got the better of me. Despite my own definition of myself at that time-“I don’t run, I walk. I am NOT a physical person. I am not an athlete”- I agreed and soon she was training with me. To make matters worse, my oldest was training too so now I HAD to do it.

And I did. And I loved it.

And from that moment on, I started thinking about the story I told myself and others about who I was, what I enjoy and what I avoid. Really it was the start of doing the things I wanted to do, that I have been dreaming of doing, things that give me energy and help me get the most out of life.

It is about living A Life All In.

I am honored to be on this journey with you. I am honored to explore, be challenged and engage in life with you. For me, this manifests in setting and implementing goals, creating processes and organizing so that I can create space for the events and opportunities I crave. Above all, it manifests in creating a community of individuals who are looking to support, challenge and engage with each other as we all live our own version of A Life All In.

In gratitude-
